Terms of Cooperation for Bzoomer Publishers

1. Introduction

These terms govern the cooperation between the Bzoomer platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) and the Publisher who registers to provide publishing space for advertiser content and backlinks.

By registering, the Publisher confirms acceptance of these terms.

2. Publishing Authorization

The Publisher declares that:

• they are the owner of the website(s), or
• they are authorized to publish content on the website(s) (e.g., as an author, editor, contributor, or other authorized party)

The Publisher is responsible for ensuring sufficient publishing rights and that publication does not violate website policies or third-party rights.

Bzoomer reserves the right to reject or remove any website at any time.

3. Publishing Obligations

The Publisher agrees to:

• publish the ordered article within 48 hours of accepting the order (unless otherwise specified)
• place links as dofollow, unless stated otherwise
• not remove, modify, or hide the published article or link
• guarantee permanent publication with a minimum duration of 12 months

The article must remain publicly accessible, indexable, and must not be blocked via technical methods (e.g., noindex, robots blocking, CSS hiding).

4. Revisions and Content Adjustments

The Publisher agrees:

• to implement requested revisions from the advertiser or Bzoomer
• to accept up to 5 revision rounds without additional compensation
• to complete revisions without undue delay

The goal is full advertiser satisfaction with the published content.

Refusal to make reasonable revisions may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

5. Accuracy of Information

The Publisher is responsible for the accuracy of all provided website data, including:

• niche
• language
• geographic targeting
• traffic
• SEO metrics

Manipulation of metrics or false information may result in immediate account termination.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is released after proper publication and approval
• Bzoomer commits to paying within 7 days after approval
• Minimum payout threshold is 100 USD
• Payment is made based on a valid invoice issued by the Publisher

The Publisher must provide an invoice compliant with their local legal requirements.

7. Tax Responsibility

The Publisher is fully responsible for:

• registration with relevant authorities
• compliance with local tax regulations
• proper taxation of received income

Bzoomer bears no responsibility for the Publisher’s tax obligations.

8. Monitoring and Audit

Bzoomer reserves the right to:

• review published content
• conduct random website audits
• temporarily suspend accounts if violations are suspected

9. Termination

Cooperation may be terminated:

• at any time by the Publisher
• at any time by Bzoomer
• without compensation in case of violation of these terms

10. Final Provisions

Bzoomer reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
The latest version is always available within the Platform.
